Little Addison’s parents found me as a Foxboro children’s photographer and came to the studio on a chilly, snowy day in January. It was her birthday and time for a special birthday photo session! We opted for a simple setup in the studio.
Addison’s parents came prepared with books and balloons, and it was so much fun to play and get to know her. Keeping a one year old in the one spot you want them can often be a little tricky. Addison was entertained by books and her balloons. She also loved looking out of the big bay windows at passing cars and people.
This first image is one of my favorites. Her curious face and connection to the camera put it to the top of the list!
A little pop of red from a sweater mom brought was perfect for this early-February shoot. I love how little Addison looks in this chair that is actually already child-sized! Oh and the toes! Any time we can get away with barefoot kids I absolutely do so. Nothing is as cute as chunky baby toes!
One purple balloon and a fancy dress to celebrate little Addison’s first birthday!
After some images in the nice warm studio, we finally made it outside. The snow had fallen a few days prior. We had to convince little Addison that her red push toy in the snow was a good idea. She finally agreed and loved the balloons!
